training to give the body the ultimate fat burning workout
that is also heaps of fun.
LI (Low Impact)
A great cardio class that anyone can take at their own pace. Beti really jazzes up the choreography to suit the class level. All that cardio is followed up by an active cooldown and an intense ABS session followed by a complete stretch.
Pilates
Pilates was founded by by Joseph H.
Pilates and focuses on increasing flexibility
and strength for the body. Beti uses a range of equipment to ensure the class is fun, engaging and effective. Therabands and Swiss Balls are just a few pieces of equipment beti uses within her Pilates classes.
Spin
Group Cycling Class where beti focuses on technique taking each rider through different intensities and types of rides.
Tae Box
Mixed martial arts with a huge emphasis on technique. Mega fat burner class.
THT
The Tummy Hips and Thighs class incorporates a cardio
intro, which is great for burning fat, and a resistance training
finale, which targets the Tummy Hips and Thigh area of the
body.
Tri Athletic
This class incorporates Hi-Lo Aerobics + Step Aerobics
+ Resistance Training with weights.
