Aqua Aerobics

The water workout class that is great for getting people into shape. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

This class can be attended by non swimmers.

Fatburner

This class incorporates Hi-Lo Aerobics + Step + Resistance training to give the body the ultimate fat burning workout that is also heaps of fun.

Pilates

Pilates was founded by by Joseph H. Pilates and focuses on increasing flexibility and strength for the body.

THT

The Tummy Hips and Thighs class incorporates a cardio intro, which is great for burning fat, and a resistance training finale, which targets the Tummy Hips and Thigh area of the body.

Tri Athletic

This class incorporates Hi-Lo Aerobics + Step Aerobics + Resistance Training with weights.
