Description |
This is a one-on-one
Personal Training Session aimed for maximum fat
burning and an increase in body firmness. This training will include both Cardio and Resistance/Weights. To get the ultimate results, you will see your PT 3 times a week. |

Medical Clearance |
Please seek medical clearance prior
to starting any exercise program if you:
- are over 40 and do not exercise
- have high blood pressure
- are pregnant
- have just given childbirth
- have any disease that may be contra indicatory to
exercise
- have heart problems
- have back/spinal injuries
- feel you cannot exercise for any reason

Equipment |
You will need a good pair
of X-Trainer shoes (Running shoes are OK). Light layered
clothing is recommended.
Must haves:
- Training shoes with good support
- Light layered clothing
- Water bottle
- mp3 player/radio (recommended - visit xero.com.au)

- During the session your PT will guide ALL cardio activity and assist with ALL resistance training
- Personal Training Pack
- Exercise Program (during your training sessions from your PT)
- Rest Prescription (during your training sessions from your PT)
- BMI +
BMR + Daily
Fat Allowance Calculated (during your training sessions if your PT recommends)
- Podcasts - (as recommended by your PT)
